Salvadorean Liga MB round 20 best performance: Darwin Jaramillo (by Hoops Agents)

Venezuelan Forward Darwin Jaramillo (192-F-86) had a very impressive game in the last round for EL RAPIDO DE LA UNION, receiving a Hoops Agents Liga MB Player of the Week award for round 20.
The 35-year old player was the main contributor (38 points, six rebounds and three assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Santiagueno (#10, 1-15) 97-89. El Rapido maintains the 8th position in Salvadorean Liga MB. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 12 games and recorded just five victories. Blackwell is a newcomer at Santiagueno, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.6ppg (#6). His other stats are also decent: 7.9rpg and 5.2apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was guard Gerardo Rivas (182-G-01) of Santa Tecla (#5). Rivas showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in the last round. He was a key player of Santa Tecla, leading his team to a 86-80 win against slightly lower-ranked Cojute (#7, 5-12). Santa Tecla needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 10 victories and 7 lost games. Rivas has a very solid season. In 15 games in El Salvador he scored 7.7ppg.
